It's 6am in the morning
I'm still awake...
Therefore I try to find something to do instead of roll on the bed

I decided to do fried garlic using microwave
Well, what can I said is microwave is pretty convenient! 
I can make fried garlic without making my kitchen oily..
Love it soooo muchhh....
I just feel good after make the lovely fried garlic

Here is the outcome of my fried garlic


Here is the steps of making fried garlic
1. Peel and dice and place in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add your choice cooking oil (I'm using Flower Oil) until garlic is fully submerged.
3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes (cooking times will vary depending on your microwave's power), checking every 30 seconds after the first minute.

日夜颠倒的生活非常适合形容我最近的日子
凌晨5-6点才睡得着,睡没几个小时就起床
然后在床上翻转,按电话,又睡着。。下午3-4点才舍得起床

这种生活未免也太过火了吧?
其实我是很想把时间调整,可是就一直睡不着

月经还是和以往一样,不准
刚刚去看妇科,其实也没什么药可以治的
就是要让自己不再胖下去
医生说我是连喝水都会胖的那种
所以只有健康的饮食和运动可以救我了

上网查看了PCOS的治疗
我只能吃非常健康的食物
其实我的年纪也真的大了
我不想以后很多病痛
所以我现在唯一可以做的应该是逼自己做运动了吧

其实我真的不懂自己为什么可以那么懒惰
为什么我连动都不想动呢?
为什么做运动对我来说那么的遥远?

其实我很enjoy自己煮东西吃
所以均衡的食物对我来说,是可以做到的
可是,运动!!
到底要怎样,我才愿意去做运动呢?
到底有什么办法?
